If you know
you are following a specific plan you are much more inclined to stick to it for the duration
rather than just
showing up every once in while. Wicked
Workout ladies lose anywhere from 1-2kg per week depending on your goals.
Wicked Workouts are held 3 days a week and are included in the
package costs. Our sessions are early mornings during summer just
as the sun comes out, so you get to start your day the best way possible.
The sessions are 45 minutes in length which we have found to be optimal for performance and fat lose. If you want you can even join in our joint Saturday fat burning sessions absolutely free.
